Indonesia Sees Spike in British Tourists
Following the introduction of the visa-free policy, Indonesia can be seeing a surge in British visitors.
The number of British tourists visiting Indonesia has increased by 40.58 percent by last year. In March, the nation saw the arrival of 27,437 British tourists, a number in which exceeded the predetermined target by 44.1 percent. In addition to the increase in both January along with February, the rise of British tourists today stands at 28 percent.
This particular year, the Ministry of Tourism for the Republic of Indonesia can be in fact planning to further promote Indonesian destinations inside the UK through a series of media campaigns, which include digital marketing, print advertising, social media, direct marketing along with collateral production. The ministry can be also investing in branding campaigns for “Wonderful Indonesia” through LED screens along with London taxi wraps.
